Field Service/Order Processing Admin


This is a Full-time position in Novi, MI posted March 7, 2021.

This opportunity is for a highly motivated and organized individual whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing support to the Regional Service Managers in resolving all customer service related topics in a timely manner, corresponding with Field Service Technicians/Engineers in the completion of service orders/paperwork, working together with other departments in the US/Germany to provide customer satisfaction in the service department.

What You Will be Doing: * Completion of service orders in a timely manner, to include coordinating with the Field Service Engineer/Technician so that all the paperwork is turned in promptly, updating the Regional Service Manager on any outstanding documents or issues that may arise.

* Generating/tracking quotes, purchase orders, order acknowledgments, and service-related invoices performed at customer locations.

* Process aftermarket quotes and orders.

* Generate weekly/as-needed reports for the Regional Service Manager.

* Assisting in the resolution of customer’s service/billing issues.

* Assist with FS Engineer/Technician Inventory.

* Generate/distribute monthly reports to the Field Service Engineers.

* Refer unresolved customer grievances to EOS management for further action.

* Work with Life Cycle Solutions Team for completion of service contracts in ERP system, contract renewals, and provide feedback about the types of contracts/coverage levels.

* Being Proactive
– recommending improvements in service or billing methods and procedures in order to prevent future problems.

* Main point of service contact for key accounts * Back-up other FS Administrators when needed.

What We are Looking For:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer service environment
· In depth skills with ERP system, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, MS-Office
· Computer knowledge (PC-configuration, MS-Windows, Network knowledge
· Ability to work independently
· Ability to cope with pressure
· Results-oriented work
· Team spirit, good communication skills
· Flexibility and adaptability
· Cost-consciousness
· Occasional travel, if needed
· Valid driver’s license
